Throughout the session we will discuss whatever topic you have highlighted and ways to move in the direction you desire. There may be a structured activity like a worksheet, reflection, journal prompt included. Before closing out the session we will determine realistic next steps and appropriate follow-up from me. After every session you will receive notes from the session.
